Mrs. Delicia Riddle, Founder, and CEO of JDF Career Management Consulting, LLC, earned her Bachelor’s in Clinical Laboratory Science and Master of Business Administration in Management & Strategy. In 2020, with the encouragement of her beloved husband and sister, Delicia officially established JDF Career Management Consulting, LLC. The mission of JDF CMC is to provide guidance, encouragement, and tools to assist clients in reaching their career ambitions.
Throughout her career, Delicia has held many leadership and management positions. In each role, she mastered the techniques and skillsets for recruiting, employee retention, performance management, product management, career progression, and succession planning. Today, she utilizes the knowledge gained through her professional experience to assist others with career coaching, resume writing, interview prep, business and professional image consulting, salary negotiations, project management, and performance improvement, just to name a few.

Her performance demonstrates she is skilled, dedicated, and has a sincere passion for helping others achieve and exceed their highest career aspirations!
